"I reached out for some assistance on a quote. Considering I am purchasing a vehicle, I wasn't able to provide them with a whole lot of vehicle information. After about 3 or 4 emails between Jill Lynar and I, it was clear that this wasn't going to be a good fit. Speaking to her made me feel like I was being a nuisance."
